We are the sole local agent for the new C-Wrap Labeller.This labeller automatically applies a three panel self adhesive label to the top, front and base of a very wide range of trays containing meat , fish, ready made meals and fresh produce in a broad range of pack sizes and shapes.

The system can be used in conjunction with any approved weighing equipment.

The system accomodates extra large label reels (up to 400mm) to minimise the number of reel changes in a day and with numeric indicators on operator adjustments ,downtime is kept to a minimum when changing products.

High Speed servo motor drives maximise throughput and the web tension control unit gives good print registration and excellent label wipedown.

Last label printing makes the unit ideal for fixed and catch weight applications with operating speeds (dependant on tray size ) of up to 80 products per minute.

Low reel and end of reel alarms are also available.

This Labeler automatically affixes pressure-sensitive labels to the top and bottom of flexible or rigid packages after they are discharged from the packaging machine. Includes a quick-release conveyor belt system.

This model is built for labelling tray packs and similar products

The conveyor is built in a low profile design, in stainless steel and aluminium.
It can be delivered with belts in different qualities and dimensions and to run in left or right direction.

The dispensers are mounted on adjustable spindles, for easy adjustment of the desired label position. The bottom dispenser can glide out to the side of the conveyor frame, for easy change of label roll.

This is an economical side panel labeling system specifically designed for harsh environments. This variable- speed stepper-driven labeler applies labels to containers etc at speeds to 120/min. A motorized backbelt conveyor stabilizes and controls product flow through the labeling station. It is designed to straddle existing conveyors.
